Approved driving curriculum & insurance brokerage
From your first lesson to your next policy, El Nahal covers the milestones that matter — right here in Astoria.
Patient, certified instructors guiding you from your first turn to your road test. Manual and automatic options available for teens and adults alike.
We shop multiple carriers to find coverage that fits your life and your budget. Auto, home, and bundled policies — all with honest advice.
One-on-one sessions tailored to your pace and schedule. Ideal for nervous drivers, refresher courses, or last-minute road test prep.
Our curriculum is built around real roads and real confidence. You will practice in Astoria and surrounding neighborhoods under the guidance of instructors who have helped thousands of new drivers pass their road tests.
Insurance can feel overwhelming. We cut through the jargon and compare policies across multiple carriers so you get the protection you need at a price that works. No pressure — just clear, honest guidance from someone who lives in your community.
El Nahal Insurance Brokerage & Driving School has been a fixture on Ditmars Boulevard for over a decade. We started as a driving school and expanded into insurance because we saw a natural connection: new drivers need coverage, and experienced drivers deserve better options.
Our office is your neighborhood office. When you walk in, you are not a policy number — you are a neighbor. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, every day.
We know Astoria, Queens, and the surrounding areas. Your instructor and agent are your neighbors.
We recommend what you need, not what pays the highest commission. Always.
High road test pass rates and competitive insurance quotes — that is how we measure success.
